GIF of Jayne Russell is from "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes." I had never seen this film until two weeks ago when my local public television station broadcast it on Saturday evening. (I know; I need to get a life.) While the film (with the exception of Marilyn Monroe's "Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend" number) is pretty much a write-off, this scene with Jayne Russell cavorting around a pool with a large group of scantily clad male "Olympics hopefuls" is very nearly scandalous. I couldn't believe the overt sexuality in a 1953 musical. -Scott
