Jeez, FORBIDDEN PLANET! My brother and I watched that over and over when it was on TV, in black and white, of course. When I finally got to see it in color, years later, I could still remember some of the lines! If I remember, it won awards for its special effects. Such innocent times.
Which makes me wonder, what ever happened to Robby the Robot?
