My best friend just returned from Vienna (which he has visited many times). One of his comments(somewhat sheepishly): "I hate to admit it, but I just don't 'get' all the fuss over European pastries. I much prefer American cakes and pies." You can't deny that they aren't works of art, though. -Scott
